NetProperty is an international directory. Some agency information may come from public sources, registers, associations, corporate websites or data supplied by agencies or their representatives. An agency may request correction, updating, claiming or removal of information where appropriate.

We may use technical service providers required for hosting, email, security, payments, infrastructure or maintenance. Only data necessary for the relevant service will be shared and applicable safeguards will be required. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Because the service is international, some providers or processing activities may involve international transfers. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised mechanisms.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain an account or listing, manage the relationship with the user and comply with legal obligations. Data may be retained for additional periods when necessary to address liabilities, prevent fraud or defend legal claims.
