How World MLS works
A simple workflow designed so that NetProperty remains the trusted technical layer throughout the collaboration.
1. PRO verification
The agency completes Documentary Verification and identifies every office participating in the network.
2. Connect the source
The agency provides an XML, JSON, CSV or compatible API feed. The original access details remain private.
3. Choose listings and partners
The owner decides which listings are shared and approves each recipient agency.
4. Private feed generated
NetProperty creates a new feed containing only the authorised listings for that recipient.
5. Monitor and revoke
Accesses, dates, IP addresses, user agents, response status and bytes sent are recorded.
Security, control and realistic traceability
Each feed is protected by a long unique token. Where the receiving software allows it, access can also use credentials or an IP restriction.
- Unique URL for one sender and one recipient.
- Immediate suspension, rotation or revocation of the token.
- Download limits and detection of abnormal access patterns.
- Logs of date, time, IP, user agent, HTTP result and bytes served.
- The source URL and its credentials are never disclosed to the recipient.
What the record proves
NetProperty can prove that a feed was requested and served. It cannot guarantee that an external CRM imported every listing, nor completely prevent a recipient from copying data after an authorised download.

A reciprocal exchange uses two feeds: Agency A → Agency B and Agency B → Agency A.
